His passionate desire to accomplish the vision puts him in a unique class of personalities and has successfully managed key roles in a number of energy related joint ventures over the past fifteen years both in the Oil & Gas and Alternative Energy Sectors.

Transitioning from small town Oklahoma to Corporate America, he learned the value of buying wholesale and selling retail. Mr. Vaughn attended Eastern Oklahoma State College (EOSC), and received a BS in Business with a Specialization in Project Management from Capella University. He has found his way to the Oil and Gas industry by way of a registered (SEC) brokerage firm, where he realized the value of investment dollars and the need for Quality Investment Projects.

And, as many entrepreneurs have come to know the triumph of profit and the agony of loss, Mr. Vaughn is no exception. His obsession to team build and his futuristic vision for energy related projects have pushed him to continue his quest to re-design the way the world generates and utilizes energy. Mr. Vaughn’s seven year service in the U.S. Military played a very supportive role in gaining the organizational tools and the discipline to establish the basis for BDS International, Inc., a Texas based Oil and Gas Company, which he envisioned, built, operated and eventually sold in 2005. His expertise includes a thorough knowledge of the requirements of the oil and gas industry with particular emphasis on alternative energy.

Equipped with operational skills, vision and passion, his wealth of experience in direct and indirect sales has provided his past ventures a distinct edge when promoting and energizing client projects. His flexible work ethic and negotiating skills has encompassed him the ability to direct & manage a powerful team. With many first hand experiences that include; investment opportunities; joint venture projects; project development; production operation; power purchase agreements; electric plant operations; Oil and Gas pipeline projects; electric power services/supply/sales contracts and financing documentation.

Standing up to environmental activists that had only the intent to stop progress, shows that Mr. Vaughn has an ability to not focus on what can not be done, but, demonstrates the ability to handle vital issues with a great certainty. His natural ability to see through the daily business obstacles earns him the respect and full cooperation of his staff. Mr. Vaughn manages with a style that recognizes the strengths in others, therefore, using their strengths to coordinate a maximized team relationship.

Mr. Vaughn formed VR Resources, LLC. in 2005, in an effort to seek out alternative energy sources. In November 2007, Mr. Vaughn started Solar Integration of Dallas, LLC., to be a construction arm to bid and integrate Solar & Wind projects abroad. Most recently Mr. Vaughn has put together a team of in-touch professionals & has evolved Solar Integration of Dallas to be incorporated as SID International, Inc. under the laws of the State of Texas to be a developing company that operates, manages, and finances large-scale solar and wind projects.
